Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of the ExpoRadar website and the pre-show analysis service. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
ExpoRadar is operated by Berlin Events Weekly, c/o Adressgeber #2077, An der Alten Ziegelei 38, 48157 Münster, Germany. You can reach us at hello@exporadar.ai.
2. The service
ExpoRadar produces a pre-show analysis report for a trade show you choose. The report may include a ranked shortlist of exhibitors matched against your customer profile, relevant contacts at those companies where publicly available, recent company news, relevant sessions, and related information.
3. Orders and payment
The price is shown when you order and is payable in advance. We begin preparing your report after payment is received.
4. Delivery
We deliver the report by email before the trade show opens, provided you order at least 7 working days before the show start date. If you order later than that, we will do our best but cannot guarantee delivery before the show. If we cannot deliver a report you have paid for, we refund you in full.
5. AI-assisted analysis and accuracy
Reports are compiled from public and third-party sources and are produced with the assistance of automated and AI-based tools, including large language models. These tools are probabilistic and can occasionally produce information that is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, including details that appear confident but are wrong. The report is research to support your own judgement, not a definitive source of truth or professional advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying any detail before you act on it, in particular contact details, company information, and anything you rely on for a business decision. We do not guarantee that the analysis is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
If we fail to deliver the report you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. Because each report is prepared individually for you, we do not otherwise offer refunds once the report has been delivered, except where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Where you ask us to begin preparing the report before that period ends and the report is fully delivered, your right of withdrawal ends once delivery is complete.
7. Your use of the report and contact data
You may use the report for your own business preparation. You may not resell it, redistribute it publicly, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The report may include business contact details of individuals at exhibiting companies. You are solely responsible for how you use those details. In particular, you must have a lawful basis to contact those individuals and must comply with all applicable laws when you do, including the GDPR and applicable anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM. With respect to any outreach you carry out, you act as the data controller. We are not responsible for your communications or for how you use the data we provide.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of a report or the data in it in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including any claim brought by a person you contacted using contact details from a report.
9. Intellectual property and independence
The ExpoRadar name, website, and report format remain our property. You receive a licence to use the report you purchase for your internal business purposes.
ExpoRadar is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trade show, exhibition, or their organizers. The names of trade shows and exhibitions, and any related trademarks, are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the event your report relates to.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost business or missed meetings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
