About ExpoRadar
ExpoRadar gives sales and marketing teams a complete pre-show analysis for any trade show, so they walk in knowing exactly who to talk to.
The problem we set out to fix
A trade show can have hundreds or thousands of exhibitors. The official exhibitor list tells you who is there, but not who matters to you. Teams either spend days on manual research that most of the group never reads, or they arrive without a plan and decide which booths to visit once they are already on the floor. Either way, the best conversations are the ones that never happen.
What we do
You tell us the trade show and who you sell to. We give you a ranked shortlist of the exhibitors that match your Ideal Customer Profile, with the reasoning behind each pick. The report also surfaces the right people to ask for at each priority company, recent company news, the sessions worth attending, and the customers and competitors exhibiting at the show.
One report, for €199 per exhibition. No subscription.
What we believe
ExpoRadar does one job and does it well: getting you ready for a trade show. We are not a contact database and we are not a CRM. We give you the intelligence to walk in prepared; the conversation stays yours. You pay per show, when you have a show, rather than carrying a subscription.
A human in the loop
Trade-show data goes stale and gets messy. So a person reviews every report for quality before it reaches you. The goal is simple: you should never open your report and find noise or junk data. If something cannot be verified, we say so rather than guess.
Who is behind it
ExpoRadar is built and run by a small, passionate group based in Berlin and Toronto. We built it because we ran into the same problem in the field ourselves: too many exhibitors, too little time, and no clear way to know who was worth talking to. That is the tool we wished we had, so we made it.
We are a small, independent operation, which means we answer our own email and we care about getting your report right. We are early, and we earn your trust by the quality of the report. If you have a question or a suggestion, write to hello@exporadar.ai and you will reach a person, not a queue.
