We read the official exhibitor list and check contacts against public professional profiles. A person reviews every report for quality before you get it.
What if my exhibition is not covered?
If the exhibition’s exhibitor list is publicly available, we can process it. If we cannot produce a usable analysis for your show, we refund you.
How fast do I get the report?
Your report combines AI analysis with human checks for data quality, so it is ready within 24-48 hours of your request.
How do I access my report?
You get an account to log into, with access to all your exhibition reports. You can view each report online and export or download it as PDF or Excel. See a sample report.
Do you do the outreach for me?
No. We tell you which booths to visit, who to ask for, and what to lead with. The conversation stays yours.
How much does an exhibition analysis cost?
$199 for a full exhibition analysis. There is no subscription.
